Return Window
Initiate returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Not eligible for return: gift cards, final-sale items, and customized products.
How to Return
Email us at support@43.205.59.9 with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions.
Return the item using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Original shipping charges are only refunded in such exceptional cases.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Report any faulty or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests are subject to approval.
